| Personnel |
The company shall be responsible for providing qualified and dedicated personnel with relevant experience to meet the job requirement. The company maintains discipline workplace at all times and take necessary precaution to prevent any unlawful, riotous or disorderly conduct by any member of staff. Any staff found to be incompetent, careless, insubordinate or with any objectionable character shall be removed and a new replacement put in place after adequate notice to the relevant department of officer in charge. All staff shall wear clean, neat and complete uniform with the identification badge whenever on duty. |
| Inspection |
The company has an appropriate inspection system including checklists of duties to be carried out, and ensure that the staff carries out these duties professionally. Senior employees of the company do carry out weekly inspection to determine whether the various services are being performed according to the terms of the contract. Copies of inspection reports are provided to the relevant department weekly. Any shortcoming and, or substandard conditions noted in such inspection is promptly corrected and improved. Each of our team at every beat is headed by a well trained and tested supervisor. These supervisors are given special training on how to monitor and control movement of all our staff in and around the beat under their control. Through this strict check, we easily identify and forestall any lousy or unacceptable behaviors on the part of our members. To add strength to the system, we have senior executive that visit our beats from time to time, without notice, to oversee the performance of the beat supervisor and take note of any development and work progress.
